Returns & Exchange

We accept returns or exchanges within 7 days of delivery if the product received is damaged, defective, or incorrect.

To qualify for a return or exchange, items must be unused, in their original packaging, and accompanied by the original receipt or proof of purchase.

Refund Procedure & Turnaround Time

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.

Turnaround Time: Approved refunds will be issued and processed back to your original payment method (Bank Account/Wallet) within 5 to 7 working days.

For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds will be processed via direct Bank Transfer or Mobile Wallet as coordinated with the customer.
